By accessing or using Capabli's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Capabli provides a recruitment platform that connects employers with job seekers using ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations) standardization.
- For Job Seekers: Free profile creation, skill matching, video introductions, and job applications
- For Employers: Custom pricing for job postings, candidate matching, and recruitment tools
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not impersonate others or provide false employment information
- Respect intellectual property rights of others
4. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Under GDPR, you have the right to request complete deletion of your data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Capabli is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, job placement outcomes, or third-party actions. EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU consumers may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
